Successful portraits of people or pets, or sometimes both at the same time, show the true personality of the person or four-footed (usually) friend. I like people and I like all animals and that makes it much easier to capture a moment in which the subject of the photograph is relaxed and having fun.

From family gathering portraits on the lawn or pond to intimate moments between two old friends, like the photo shown here, my goal is always to capture the love, the fun, and the personalities that make us and our furry friends unique. I include all non-furry friends too, like those with feathers, scaly skins, etc.
